What happens when my account is full and overquota?

What happens when my account is full and overquota?

If storage is full and new files continue to come in (video camera system), will oldest files automatically be deleted to make room for the new files?

Hi @jake447-_, thanks for joining the Community!

It depends on how the software for the camera system works.

By default, if the account is full, no files are deleted from the site without any user input, all that will happen is that the account will stop syncing.

However, if the camera system has an option to delete older videos, then it might be able to delete them to free up quota.

If you need any more details, feel free to message back!
