What the heck happened to Smart Sync

So I have been using my smart sync option (on a Mac) for some time now.  I know how to use it unless it has changed.  I just was trying to smart sync another folder when I discovered that all my folders and files went local.  I can no longer smart sync.  I am a Plus user--any ideas???

Hi @DeeCeeDubya, thanks for messaging the Community!

If you right a file or folder in your Dropbox folder directly, do you not see the Smart Sync options appear to mark files as online-only?

Is the Dropbox desktop application running and showing 'up to date' when you hover over the icon in the menu bar?

This will help me to assist further!

I'm doing the proper procedures, i.e. right click, but it is not giving me the option or tagging the folders / files as on-line only.

Can you let me know your app's syncing status

Also, feel free to send us any screenshots of what you see when you right click on a file or folder.
