I have some videos on an SD card from my camcorder. When I insert the card into a card reader and insert it to my pc usb port Dropbox says no photos found. However I can view them on the camcorder so I know they are on the card. Help please.

Hey there @Rogersdrummer,

Can you please check your desktop app settings to see if the camera uploads is set to only photos perhaps? You can find this by:

  1. Clicking the Dropbox icon in your system tray.
  2. Click the profile pic/initials icon in the top right of the window.
  3. Choose Preferences...
  4. Go to the Import tab.
  5. Under the "Camera Uploads" section, check that uploads are enabled for both "photos and videos".

Let me know how it goes - Thanks!
