Hi

Are you sure that you logged into the correct account? May sound like a stupid question, but perhaps you logged onto your business account instead of your personal one, or if you have 2x personal accounts, perhaps the wrong one?

Also, when last did you use your account? Remember that Dropbox deletes content of inactive accounts after sending you numerous warning emails before they do.

Regards

Casper

I’ve signed into my account within 2020. I’ve tried different emails and only one works . With my iPhone , it will signs me in with a face scan . I’ve had this account since 2009, when my son was born.

Hello @Me myself, just jumping in here!

Could you have a look at your Events page here to see if you can find any events there related to these missing files?

Also, since you mentioned that you've been signing in on your mobile device, was this through the mobile app or the web browser?

Do you have any other devices connected to this account?

Keep me posted!

Sadly I have no events have been saved . I have an old link from 2010 from the woman who started my account of baby pictures . The link no longer works . I have signed in from the site and the app with no difference

Thanks for getting back to me here @Me myself.

When was the last time that you saw these files? The Events page will show up to the last 6 months of activity within your account.

Is it possible that you have a connected computer where you may have moved the files out of the Dropbox folder, removing them from your Dropbox account?

The last time I really went in Dropbox was to change my password . Received an email from drop box of a possible security issue . That was this year

Apologies in the delay getting back to you here @Me myself!

I'm afraid there isn't much more I can suggest here as it seems that these files were deleted a long time ago as nothing is showing within your Events page.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news here, but do let me know if you have any other questions!
