I tap to view a file in a folder and it just tells me "cant connect to dropbox. Make sure you are online or try later." I am online and i have tried later, only some files in the folder appear to show this error All files are above 15kb and are either a .jpg or .mp4 file This is from a shared folder link. Any help is appreciated
Could you clarify if this is on the mobile version of the Dropbox app, and if so what version of the app are you using, and on what device? Have you tried using a different WiFi network, or cellular data, to rule out issues related to the connection itself?
Does the shared link work normally if you're using a desktop browser?
Any other useful info you can think of would be great!
