When uploading a file, the upload stops with "37 mins left". Any help?

Trying to upload a file for 3 days now

The upload simply stops or never progresses

Right now its been saying ‘37 minutes left’ for the past hour.

The site doesn’t give much info

Can you just clarify for me, are you trying to upload the file through the website or using the desktop app?

 

Also, is this issue just occurring for this file in particular, or for any file you try to upload?
