Where do I write to about errors on the dropbox site?

Explorer | Level 3

I want to notify the developers team about a problem on the site. But I'm a user of basic accounts. How can I do this?

Hey @raacer; welcome to our Community!

 

If you're referring to the scrolling bar shown in your screenshot's tabs, could you see if it goes away after clearing your browser's cache

 

You could also try a private browsing window with no extensions or plugins running and/or another browser too.

 

Let us know what you find!

Hi!

 

Yes, I'm referring to the scrolling bar shown in my screenshot's tabs.

 

The problem exists both in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. So, I think we don't need to clear my cache and so on.

 

It seems the problem is that the text translated to Russian is too long. It just does not fit the bar. This is a common problem for Russian.

I just gave it a go on Chrome and I'm not seeing this. Can you try zooming out or in on the page you're on?

Zooming out removes the scroll bar. But by default (scale factor 100% ) it presents.
