Where is all my data

I need help, dropbox was asking me a new account with the same email address I was using before now i dont see my old information.

Hello @wgonzalez, thanks for reaching out to us!

If you can't find your files in your account, the first step is to check your events page.

If you don't find anything relevant there, could you be looking through an account under another email address? You can double-check which one you've signed in with from:

  • Website - your General tab in your Settings. 
  • Desktop app - Dropbox icon > avatar icon > Preferences > Account tab. 
  • Mobile app - Account tab (iOS) or Settings (Android). 

However, if you are using the same email but there wasn't any activity for an extended period of time, an email is sent notifying you about this. You can have a look at this article for more info.
