My account was suspended yet again this week!
I send files via sync and not links to my editors for video editing.
Dropbox is unusable if I cannot share video files.
Do I need to upgrade or just use something else like google drive?
The folders of video files I share are between 100-500GB each
Hi @djembefola; thanks for posting on our Community and sorry to hear about this.
It sounds like your shared links or file requests may have been banned, but just to make sure we're on the same page, can you send me a screenshot of the exact error you get so we can have a visual too?
Thanks!

Yes I was banned. Maybe someone downloaded something too much or it's just because the files are so large.
Either way it isn't right there is no way to guage download data and to know whats happening where and why.
Also not right to to do this to a paying customer. I will definitely not renew because of this bad way of handling the issue and poor customer service.
