Hi @mgdezigns,

How exactly your space gets distributed? Take a look on your plan settings. How much is your "Shared files" space and "Unused space"?

Hope this gives the right direction.

Out of Storage Space message

I have been granted access to someone's dropbox account to do some work for her.  I have had no issues with storage space when accessing it on my laptop.  I am back in the office and on the desktop and am getting the message "You’re out of space! Upgrade now for 2 TB (2,000 GB)"  She has plenty of space so not sure what the issue might be, especially since it works on my laptop.  Hope someone has some advice.

Hi @AKA58, I hope you're doing well!

As a first step, can you click on the app's preferences, and then under the Account tab?

Follow the same steps on both devices if you can. You want to make sure the app is connected to the same account you're looking at on the website, and not a different one.

Let me know what you find, and we'll take it from there.
