I am hoping someone can assist me with the following proplem.
There are 3 laptops linked to my dropbox account.
All dropbox files on the one of the laptops are opening and functioning as expected (online and via app)
However, the problems is with the other 2.
We are unable to open Powerpoint Presentations via the Dropbox App (says Not Responding). They are opening online and on the respective desktops.
Not sure what the issue is or how to fix it.
Hi @Acoach, I hope you're having a good day so far!
Are these files currently local or set as "Online only" with Smart Sync? If they're online only, can you make the file local and try open it again to see if there's any difference?
Do you see this same error message when trying to open any other file type from the desktop app?
Also, does this occur for all PowerPoint files or just a select few?
Let me know and we can go from there!

Hi, it's usually happen because you didn't update your system version. Try cleaning all the dates (like cache) the app has. It works for me.
Hope it helps u!
Thanks alot! I will try it
