Why are my pictures/videos no longer uploading? (It’s been 24 hours and it still says “waiting to be uploaded”, (being connected to WiFi). Please help.

Hello there @Ibeth2020, thanks for reaching out to us here!

 

Just to clarify, are you getting this error in the mobile app? It sounds like you might be using the camera uploads feature, is that right?

 

Could you send along a screenshot of the error, excluding any personal info?
