Why can't I get Figma and Lucidchart preview in the shared link? Is it wrong or a common thing?
(PS: I met this trouble in both Chrome and Safari.
Are the extensions shown in the list of supported files? https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/sort-preview/file-types-that-preview

I'm sorry that I can't tell if the extensions shown in the list of supported files. But I can show the place where I add the file:
And in edit mode, it works well:
The problem only occurred in shared view, like this:
