Hey there @bob42 - how are you today?

I'm not really sure I understand the nature of your query exactly, could you elaborate on this a tad?

By the way, are you using the website, our desktop application or the mobile app?

It goes without saying that any additional information will be much appreciated.

Thanks!

How can I do this:

I want to scroll down a set of files and select the one I want to download?

Hi @10patter, we'd be happy to help.

Are you having trouble scrolling through your files and selecting one of them to download?

Any more information and screenshots you could send along would be really helpful.

Thanks!

I have a MAC desktop CPU.

I loaded a files into a folder created in DropBox.  I wanted to scroll through the folder's contents to verify that the pdf files were actually transferred.

when I open the folder I can only see about 15 to 20 of the pdf files-how can I see all of them?

This is  big problem for my team.

Hi there @10patter; thanks for the additional details.

As it sounds like you're using the website to do this and not the desktop app, could you see if you get any different results after clearing your browser's cache or on another browser
