I was invited to edit a new document and when I clicked on it and added it to my files it is not showing up on the app on my desktop - all the other file in my dropbox showed up but that one - I have tried deleting and re adding but it still will not show up

Does the filename contain any characters that would be considered incompatible with your operating system? If so, the file will not sync until you rename it.

Oh Rich - thank you so much! That was the problem - the file name had a colon in it - we fixed it and now it is working! You are a gem, thank you so much
