Hello! I can't see any of my folders online on dropbox.com website while I see them on dropbox app on my mobile phone. I also can't copy them or download them back to the Gallery on my mobile. There is no option for that. I'd like to get my pictures and videos back. Please, help!

Thank you.

Hi there @Anna66, thanks for nudging us on the Dropbox Community! I'd be more than happy to help look into this with you.

As a first step, could you check if the email address that you've signed in to your account on the website and your mobile app is the same? You can check this from:

  • Website - your General tab in your Settings.
  • Mobile app - Account tab (iOS) or Settings (Android).

Let me know what you find!
