Why don't all team members receive email notifications?

I'm the owner of a folder and one of the members shared a file with a non-member who has made comments on a Word doc. I'm receiving emails when the non-member post comments to the Word doc but no one else in the team folder does. Is there a way for everyone in the shared folder to receive emails?

Hi @fjames - welcome to the Dropbox Community!

If they have switched on the relevant toggles within their account's settings (under the Notifications tab) and they're still not getting emails about those comments, I'd suggest having the non-member @mention them directly to make sure that they'll also get notified about the comment

On a side note, would turning that shared folder into a Dropbox Space maybe work better for you?
