Why "open in word" did not show?

Why "open in word" did not show?

Explorer | Level 3

Hi,

When I opened my Dropbox link, these three options appeared.

However, three of my friends could not get the option of "Open in word". So they could not open in their PC. They have Dropbox installed in their PC. Is there a way for them to do that?

Thank you,

Hi @Sherly, thanks for messaging the Community!

There are a few reasons why your colleagues might not be able to see that button.

Could you direct them to this article to see if this helps on their end?

Keep me posted!

Thanks for letting me know, I've attached the link again, and this time confirmed that it is working!
