Why "open in word" did not show?

Hi, 

When I opened my Dropbox link, these three options appeared. 

However, three of my friends could not get the option of "Open in word". So they could not open in their PC. They have Dropbox installed in their PC. Is there a way for them to do that?

There are a few reasons why your colleagues might not be able to see that button.
