Hello @visualliu - welcome to our Community!
I'm sorry to hear about the previewing issue you're experiencing and I'd like to help.
At first, could you clarify the OS of your device and send me a screenshot of how this looks like on your end so I can have a clearer picture of the matter at hand?
Thanks in advance!
Thanks for the screenshot @visualliu. Could you forward me one depicting the blurry thumbnails too as I don't see anything off in the one you included?
Why my photos show in the thumbnail as blurry, until I click it to make it full size.
It's a thumnail, not a high-resolution image. It's meant as a preview of the original. Also, If your first image is meant to show something blurry, I'm not seeing it. While the first image is a lower quality due to being a reduced size, neither of them appear to be blurry.
Any file that you preview will be reduced by Dropbox, because it's only meant to be a lower quality preview of the original image. When you view the original, it will remain unchanged.
