Will upgrading our account affect our shared folders after syncing?

We just did a upgrade to the business account with 3 people. The owner will be the administrator. Now we all have to do synchronization. Will all the history dissapear now? Thinking of files who shared with other peoples before.

Any shared folders on your account should continue to be shared with other members and if you’d like more details on any changes that has occurred to content in your account, you can always check out your events page
 
For more info on the sharing settings of a Business account, you can have a look in this article
