I am having a problem accessing Dropbox files through Windows File Explorer. Some folders and files show up, but some that I can see through the web interface do not. I have confirmed that there are no issues with the file/folder names on Dropbox, so I am at a loss as to why I'm not seeing everything in File Explorer. Also, if I create a folder and place a file in it via File Explorer, the rest of the team cannot see it. Weird stuff!
Up until this point, Dropbox through File Explorer has been working as expected.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for getting back to me!
I already checked for incompatible characters as I mentioned in my post. There are none that I could find. One of the folders that is not showing up is titled "Videos" so it should work just fine.
The app shows as up-to-date with no sync errors reported.
This one is a mystery to me.

The folders in question are set to sync in the same manner as the other folders that are working are set.
I contacted Tech Support and they are thinking that the folder's owner only sent me a link to the folder and has not actually shared the folder with me. I will pursue this avenue for now and see if he can share the folder with me. Perhaps that will resolve the issue.
Thanks
