The issue is when a document is opened in the same Dropbox folder on a Mac and a PC it looks different. For example, the table of contents shows up as icons, the spacing is off, etc.
Does anyone else have this issue and have a solution?
Dropbox syncs documents identically, so, if it was an issue with Dropbox it wouldnt open at all - it would break. The same will happen if you email the file between the two parties.
But, Word on Mac is a strange beast.... you need to make sure both parties are using recent versions to ensure the best compatibility.

Thank you for the reply! The document opened the same over email, the issue is when it is in Dropbox, which is why I assumed it was Dropbox.
We have the latest versions but I will double-check this!
