I built a WordPress website and had automatic daily backups through a plugin sent from the site dashboard to my Dropbox account. I no longer manage that site but the backups are still being uploaded. Is there a way to remove the link to the website from within the Dropbox account?
Hi there @gcs075; welcome to our Community!
Do you remember how exactly did you set it up in the first place?
Is there any connected app to your account that could be doing this?
Any additional information will be much appreciated.

Hi Walter.
Thanks for your reply.
I set up the UpdraftPlus backup plugin through the website dashboard. As part of the process it gives you a number of choices about where to store the scheduled backups, Dropbox being one. As long as a user provides the necessary credentials for the Dropbox account you can link directly through the plugin without having to visit the Dropbox account.
The UpdraftPlus plugin is listed as a connected app in my Dropbox account but the only choice showing is to disconnect it which would mean I'd lose connections to all the sites I use the plugin on as opposed to any one site specifically.
Hope this answers your questions.
