Wrong date format throughout the site

Hello,
the date format on my account is set to DD/MM/YYYY as you can see in the screenshot:

However, wrong date format is shown in link sharing settings and transfer settings.

Correct date format is shown only when viewing files:

What is up with these mixed up settings? Is this a general bug or there's something wrong with my account?

Would it be okay with you if we switched this discussion to email, just so as to submit your report to a higher-level technician in form of a question?

Hello.

 

Setting the date format does not work.

Could you please fix it?
My system: Windows 10, Firefox 76.

 

Almost a year ago, users reported this error.

For a year you could not correct your mistake. Why should I pay for your so low professionalism?

Would you mind trying the following and let me know if this does the trick:

  • Clear your browser cache
  • Use an incognito window
  • Use another web browser

I checked different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, UCBrowser), I cleared the cache. The date format remains incorrect.
I think that the problem is not related to the browser, but due to the low professional level of your programmers.

Ok, I've just looked here and its working fine. Insulting people is a surefire way of NOT getting as much help as you are after as, well, common manners and courtesy do not cost anything.

 

Anyway, one thing to try is to see if changing your country setting to a different one from America fixes it - I'm on UK and have no issues at all.

 Hello, @Mark .

 

If you claim that everything is fine with the date format, could you please set the date format to YYYY-DD-MM and take a screenshot of the file list?

I checked the date format again in the Chrome 80 browser with the new profile. The problem persists.

Can you update to the latest version of Chrome to see if that helps at all @bkdnaywtih? The latest version is 81.0.4044.138.
