I've been invited to join Hackpad on Dropbox Paper but everytime I follow the link, I get this reply

You are not a member of the team anymore

Hey @MirPar2, welcome to our community!

Have you been invited to a team? Have you contacted the admin of the team from which the invite came?

If these options do not pan out, then I would do as the message suggests, and send an email to our Paper specialists. They are the experts that can help out with these types paper issues.

Thanks!

@Sanchez, just for reference, this is in regards to the automatic transfer of Hackpad files to Dropbox, initiated by the shutdown of Hackpad BY Dropbox (Hackpad was acquired by Dropbox and is being shutdown). There is no team admin to contact, so Support is likely the only one that can assist.

@MirPar2, I went through the process successfully and now have a Personal docs (Hackpad import) folder with the content of my Hackpad account. You might consider checking to see if you received such a folder anyway.

Hi,

Thanks for the solution.

Yes, I have been invited to several teams I work with on Hackpad, but I have not contacted the admin of the team from which the invite came, however.

Still doesn't work on my side. :-(
