Hello,
This likely gets asked a but I cannot share my folders. I have two accounts. On on account I can sure files. On the other account I cannot. I suspect it is because I was on the business plan and then downgraded because again, it was not sharing easily. Ever since I upgraded to the businness account and downgraded, I cannot share many of my folders.
Any help would be great.
Thanks
Hey TedBuk,
This can happen if you're sharing files that you have view-only access to or the owner of the file doesn't allow sharing. If you're not the owner of the file, contact the owner to make you an editor or change the setting so that sharing is allowed.
Sincerely,
schroedingers_cat
Or, otherwise, you shared links might have been banned for some reason @TedBuk.
If that's the case, how long have you been getting this error?
