All is resolved now with Support intervention. I hope this is something within the system, which can be fixed, that is causing this as others are experiencing similar issues for no known reason.

I haven't figured out how to find answer to your problem (which I have as well). Can you share it with me or how do I pay to get an answer? Thank you. Pretty frustrated at how much time this has taken to get help.

I got an email that says there is an accepted solution. What is it? I have spent hours on this and still don't have any idea on how to fix this. I am getting so frustrated.

Cant share links

I dont understand everytime i try and share a link with anyone it tells me access denied. can some one at dropbox look and tell me why this is going on with my account. I have been with dropbox for years and never had a problem and then i get this error. Im trying to send something to a team member and now it will not work please help

@Debwallbaum, I can see that after forwarding your ticket to a specialist, they were able to assist you. Are your links no longer banned on your account?
