"Ooops...something went wrong" message comes up when I try to open any of my pdfs. I've added 3 different suggested apps to open it and still get the same message. Ideas?

Hi @brookegalardi; welcome to the Dropbox Community and happy Monday!

Can you please let me know if you get the same results after clearing your browser's cache and/or on another browser?

If you do, can you download those files and try to open them locally on your device?

Keep me posted on your findings!

Hi Walter,

I cleared the last 7 days of cache per your suggestion (I'm reluctant to clear all of it). It did not work. I'm no able to download the docs because it literally only gives me the option of Opening with one of the installed apps.  Would you suggest I clear all browsing cache?

Since you're not fond of the idea of clearing all of your browser's cache and data, I'd suggest trying another browser first, Brooke.

If the issue persists on other browsers, preferably with no extensions or plugins running, I'd appreciate a screenshot of what you see so I can have a visual too.

Let me know how you get on!
