can't recover files deleted yesterday in shared folder due to missing restore button, there is no restore button

Hey @wespacdance - welcome to our Community and sorry to hear about this!

 

First off, note that you should be able to restore files that you had edit access to normally since the files were deleted yesterday as you mentioned. Remember that files that you have view-only access to are visible on the Deleted files page, but you won't be to restore them and if that's the case, you'd need to ask the original owner of the folder in question. 

 

 

After clearing this up, I would like to have a better look into this so if you indeed have edit access to those files and the files were just deleted yesterday you should be able to restore them no problem. Could you try another browser and let me know if you see the restore button now?

 

Finally, keep also in mind that if you are not able to restore files via the Deleted Files page you can always try your Events page as well.
