cannot open excel document on dropbox site

When I try to open a document there are no choices - nothing happens - I cannot access or edit my document.  This is happening on the dropbox site.  This is happening only on this computer.  Any suggestions?

Could you send me a screenshot of what you see when you try and click the "Open" button?

Do you have the same issue when you try using an incognito/private browsing window, or even another browser?
