certain files in this folder are unavailable

A friend of mine tried to send me a setup file about 2gb big. But when I tried to download it, it didn't show on my end. But yet it still shows at his end as uploded.

Could you tell me how are you downloading this file and on what kind of device?

If you're doing this via a web browser, can you try another one and let me know if you get any errors? If so, could you share a screenshot so we can have a better understanding of the matter at hand?

Could you tell me how are you downloading this file and on what kind of device?

If you're doing this via a web browser, can you try another one and let me know if you get any errors? If so, could you share a screenshot so we can have a better understanding of the matter at hand?

I have same problem n no matter what browser I use it just says certain files are unavailable, yet for the other person they can still view them

Also if I try to play a video it says check my connection cant connect to dropbox but a video in the same file works just fine
