Deleted files can be recovered for a short period after deletion, based on the account type you had at the time of deletion. For Basic, Family and Plus accounts, you have 30 days to recover files. For Professional and Business account, it's 180 days.
Not that this does not apply if the files were permanently deleted. Permanently deleted files are deleted... permanently.
