When I upload a word docx and then try to preview it I get the error message: .docx files are supported but something went wrong.

My file is 42.48 MB. Why am I getting this error, as I've uploaded previous files with no issue?

So I just solved the issue, it was on my end. I had to go back into MS Word and reformat the indentations more to the right. I then re-uploaded the file in dropbox and I was able to preview and share the document with no formatting issues.

Perfect!!

Hi @CM19, thanks for joining our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with this

This file should be previewed normally on our website. Can you see if you get any different results after clearing your browser's cache or on another browser?

Let me know!

Hi Walter,

Thank you for your reply, I did both suggestions and still received the same error message. when I preview and share.

Do you have any more suggestions?
