dragging files to external disk

New member | Level 2

Hi, I dragged folders from dropbox to an external disk withiyt using the "drag" function. I stopped because I realized that those which have been copied to the disk are no green cocked in dropbox and it says "you moved". Did I delete them? Can I cancel now?

If you move them out of the Dropbox folder they will delete from Dropbox - although they will now be on your external drive.

If you want them on both you will need to copy and paste them over.
