dropbox app frozen on MacMini OS 10.13.6, won't sync with online files

also it quits every 60 seconds, just when I am in the dropdown app trying to sync 10, 

HOW DO I GET THE DROPBOX APP TO STAY ACTIVATED ON MY MAC! 

i've spent hours not completing essential work just to figure out Dropbox sync/app issues

I've already reinstalled the dropbox app on my computer

Hi @ckdragon, thanks for your message!

 

There could be several reasons why the Dropbox desktop application is quitting unexpectedly. Could you first check if you have more than 300,000 files on your Dropbox account?

 

Did you perform an advanced reinstall previously, and have you installed the app with admin permissions?

 

This will help me assist further!
