emails from dropbox

Why does Dropbox send so many emails?  I get at least 3 every time someone gets in touch with me.  Totally ridiculous.

Plus all the advertising emails.

I have no interest in Dropbox -- my clients use it.  I find it very difficult and cumbersome.

Can you please clarify what's the content of those emails? Are they notifications for shared files or folders for example?

If you'd like to disable some or all of your email notifications, you can do it by toggling them off through your account's Notifications tab online.
