I have a basic Dropbox account. It is linked to 2 devices, one laptop one desktop both Windows 10. On both devices dropbox.com shows the files I want.  In File explorer on the Desktop it shows a complete backup of the system which I a) don't want / need and b) have stopped.  However I can't delete the folder and I keep getting notifications that I'm out of space.

 

Can I just remove it from File Explorer and re-link it or is there some other way to remove this phantom folder
