My folders are being visually obscured by the gray bar at the left side of the screen. It's difficult to access them when I can't even read the title of the folder.
How I can restore the normal view where this bar is either optional, or on the right side of the page where it used to be?

It looks like you might be using a non-standard browser, which looks like UC Browser, which might have different settings and features which could block the site from displaying correctly.
Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? Otherwise, use incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
