Hello, a photographer asked me to join Dropbox to recover the photos I purchased from her. She has told me I can copy my photos from our shared file, but has not provided instructions. Can you please help? Thank you.

Hey there @CBruckman, how are you today?

Can you please let me know how were those files shared with to begin with? Was it through an invitation to a shared folder or a shared link for you to access and download only?

Do you see those files/folders online at our website on https://www.dropbox.com

Do you have the Dropbox app installed on your iPad?

At your earliest convenience, please let me know Cynthia and we'll take it from there!
