Hi Sir I have opened an account for a transcription job on the transcription website. They sent me an audio test file. The file belongs to your website but it does not open on our website. I am sending you the link to that file below. Solve

If I were you, I'd try using a different browser, or an incognito mode to open the link.

Can you give this a go, and let me know what you find when you do?
