hi i am having issues sharing a drop box folder. it is saying i have hit daily limit even when no folders have been shared. please advise how to get this issue resolved.

I am also having trouble sharing folders. It says I hit my daily limit in the last 24 hours and I have not shared a single folder in months. I waited 24 hours anyway, and same message.

Hi @richmond102, although you might not have shared any links recently, older active shared links which have breached the limit could be the reason. Additionally, file requests also take up your daily bandwidth limit.

In order to look into this further, would it be possible to contact you at the email associated with your forum profile?
