i need help

pls help , this problem happened before and i had to delete my dropbox account to make a new one, whenever i try to make a link for my files, it says that i dont have permission to create the link, i am the one who uploaded the files and supposed to have full access to it, i cant find a way to contact support since the only way i can get help is by looking through articles, i need help and i might have to delete my dropbox account again if it does not fix

Hey @flamango777888999, thanks for reaching out about this. 

There are several reasons why you might be seeing this. Can you please take a look at this article to check if you can find an explanation about it? Like, for example, lots of traffic (downloads) from your links?

Turns out it was because of traffic spam, i'm the only one using the links and i don't download them repeatedly so i am not sure what is causing the traffic

If you are getting this as a continuous error then Dropbox are removing your sharing rights for some reason - sharing illegal files, viruses, copyright material or programs are the main ones. 

 

Dropbox will continually block the links and stop sharing if you continue to do so - even with a new account.

i don't use illegal stuff or viruses tho, i only make the links for ingame stuff
