iPad missing DB files

iPad missing DB files

h_milsom
Explorer | Level 3

I use an iMac to run Office with the majority of word files stored on DB.

My iPad can access DB and can see all my DB folders - but not all files in the folders (accessible via the Mac) can be seen/accessed on the iPad.

Mystified ...

Any ideas?

Hugh

Hello @h_milsom, let's see what we can do here.

It sounds like the desktop app might not be syncing.

First check if the Dropbox icon appears on your menu bar, next to your computer's clock.

If it's not there, it means that the desktop app isn't running and you'll have to manually relaunch it from your applications menu.

Give me a shout whenever you have any updates, thanks!
