issue with opening the files shared by team owner

issue with opening the files shared by team owner

Hello,

 

I am not able to open the files shared by team member. After I clicked the files, it showed the message below:

That didn't work for some reason

If it's a fluke, it might work if you refresh the page. You can also ask us for help. 
 
I created the account using the other email address other than the one the team owner invited me via. Does it matter?

Hello @luosuhong, I'd be happy to help with this.

When a user sends you a shared folder/file, you can access it using the Dropbox account that's associated with the email address that they sent it to. 

If you don't have an account with that email, could you ask the owner to send it to the one you are using?
