Not sure what to do here, all threads in the community around this topic seem to lead to have to contact someone directly at DropBox, just spent a good 20 minutes looking for an email to send to, to no avail 🤦🏽‍:male_sign:.

What's the next step to this issue? Some pictures open, others don't. Same format, same folder, similar size.

Thanks for your help.

Hi @sebs_yepes, thanks for posting on the Community!

You can view your available support options by visiting the support page on your account.

Regarding your query, it seems like these are Apple double files, since they begin with a dot underscore.

These are tiny metadata files which are only visible if you sync files from a Mac to a Windows device. Try looking for the version of the file without the ._ in front of it.

Keep me updated with any progress!
