limit of invites error

Hi there I am getting the message "You’ve hit the limit of invites you can send per day. Try again in 24 hours." when i tried to share a file to 2 people yesterday. Today I tried again,, more than 24 hours later, to share it with just one person and get the same message, any help please?  It is a RVT file which is a CAD type of file, about 160MB.

It sounds like your shared links may have been banned

 

May I use the email address that's connected to your Community's profile to reach out so we can have a further look into this?

I'm having EXACTLY the same issue. And after speaking to FIVE agents, I'm getting no resolution. They keep saying that it's been escalated to the specialist banned link team but then NOTHING. No updates, no resolution. This is losing my business lots of money and ruining my reputation with my clients. TERRIBLE customer service. SLA's breached. Disgusted and frustrated!

and nothing from Walter either...what a surprise! It's like Dropbox don't value me as a customer and they can't be bothered to respond!

I keep being told that I should trust that you’re dealing with it but 8 dropbox agents working on it and over 56 hours later.....no resolution. Terrible service
