link to video only plays for 10secs

I received a link to a video. When I press on the link (on my pc), and input password, video plays for 10 seconds and then stops, showing the buffering circle, and won't continue.

When I do the same on my phone, it works fine!?

 

I can't (and don't want to) download the video as it's a paid yoga class, with an expiration date set.

 

Any ideas please?

Hi @shanebritz, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

It sounds like the site isn't able to continue playing the video for some reason.

 

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? Otherwise, use incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
