I have lost all my videos of November 25, 2020 because of lack of space. I was not able to back them up and I had to free some space. Is it possible to restore my videos today if I purchase additional space?

Can you please let me know how exactly were you uploading your files when you got the notification that you're out of space?

 

Did those ever make it to our website? Can you search your account online for them or even take a look at your events page? 

 

If you can't find any sign of them, have you tried looking at their original locations?
