I have two files I've been using since 2012.   MSword form and MSexcel data.     I merge data into the form to create new service agreements.  All of a sudden they stopped printing . . . Microsoft tech is indicating this is an issue with dropbox??   Anyone having the same issues?   How to fix this?   I was led to believe the files became corrupt.  So I built the form from scratch and then started a new data source from scratch.  Same issue - will merge on screen but not print?  Thanks!  Shellie

Hello @shellie1, thanks for checking in. 

Could you clarify how you're trying to print these files? Are you accessing these files via the web or the desktop app?

If you get any error messages, a screenshot of them would be helpful.

Hi Lusil - I'm new to this so this is why the lapse in reply.

 

I'm accessing the files from my laptop as normal.  I don't think from an app because the files are on my laptop.   There is no error window but the page won't print fully.  On one I get a logo and on another I'll get some table borders.    This is so strange because some of the forms print.   Most on one printer but not from the same laptop.    To say the least I'm perplexed.

Hi @shellie1, could you clarify how this is related to Dropbox aside from what you were advised?

Are you opening the file on the Dropbox site or app, or inside the Microsoft program/app on your desktop? Where are you printing the file from?
