Hello I keep getting error message:
.mov files are supported but something went wrong.
please help!
We need more info - when/where/what you doing etc.?

Could you please specify the size of the file?
Does the message appear in a different browser as well?
If so, please send a screenshot of what you see on your end. (Make sure your personal info isn't visible there.)

Do you notice this kind of behavior on a specific browser? Can you try previewing the files on an incognito mode, or a totally different browser, and let me know more?

I tried them all. But failed, still warning me that something went wrong.
Hi @INNOVV T., bin files aren't supported for previewing on the Dropbox site. What type of file it is supposed to be, a video, audio, zip, or something else?
